RE-EMERGE is a 9 week personalized fitness and mental health program designed for veterans with physical disabilities and/or PTSD. These athletes come together in a class setting with others experiencing similar situations to create community within. Re-Emerge is a 501-c non profit organization.
Company Services
Physical: Each and every Veteran will be paired with a certified personal trainer that will write a specific program for the individual goals of the Veteran. Mental: At each class meeting, trainers and Veteran s will engage in mindfulness teaching that help provide ways/tools for coping and overcoming anxiety, stress, fear, etc. Community: Working in a group setting to provide support through community and team building with others who have similar experiences.
