We provide residential appraisal service & are looking to connect with local banks, credit unions and lenders who require valuation services. We also have a full-service residential real estate company in Patriot Realty Group, LLC, also located in Crestwood. Our service areas include St. Louis County, Jefferson County, and St. Charles County. Craig Bentrup is owner and Licensed Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Missouri. Craig has been a professional Realtor for 18+ years & also owns Patriot Realty Group, a sister company to the appraisal business.
