COMPANY DESCRIPTION: Our classes support students of all ages, from our youngest students who are building awareness and coordination to adults seeking practical self-defense training. Our principle-driven approach adapts to your body, mindset, and goals. Every technique is taught with intention—tailored for practical self-defense. Unlike traditional martial arts, which often emphasizes rigid forms, American Kenpo is fluid, adaptable and grounded in real-world application. At Legends Karate, students train with discipline, move with purpose and become legends.

COMPANY SERVICES: At Legends, we offer programing which meets the needs of each student. Weekly, private lessons offer a personalized, 1-on-1 experience but also includes an opportunity to join group classes. Students who prefer a group setting can opt for our age-specific group classes. All programs include a weekly sparring class for students ages seven and up.
