COMPANY DESCRIPTION: Yoga for First Responders (YFFR) is a non-profit organization that provides yoga that is job-specific and culturally informed. YFFR teaches first responders  techniques and drills using the unique YFFR protocol that helps train how to process the stressors faced in the career as a first responder, build mental, physical and emotional resilience and lastly enhance optimal levels of job performance. YFFR includes: Firefighter, Law Enforcement, EMTs/Paramedics, 9-1-1 Telecommunicators, and all active and non active military members.
