COMPANY DESCRIPTION: Phoenix A+ Coaching is a unique personal training company in the St. Louis area that caters to a variety of fitness levels. We strive to make our facility a culture of making exercise fun and functional, by making PAC a getaway from everyday life while developing friendships, self-confidence and a sense of community all under one roof. We put the personal in personal training through our individualized programming and adapting training to fit each person’s needs in and out of the gym.

COMPANY SERVICES: SEMI-PRIVATE training offers each individual the chance to work with a trainer and up to (5) other trainees. This is great for friends, family and even coworkers. Our trainers are able to monitor each individuals performance, form and ensure an amazing work-out by the end of each session. GROUP training is offered to individuals who enjoy a less intimate setting. Our existing groups range from 5-10 individuals. New groups are welcomed to join or individuals may join existing groups. This program is perfect for individuals seeking minor supervision with a flexible schedule. It's also perfect for the group of friends who are looking to be their best selves but need a little direction. Yoga classes, Massage Therapy, Nutrition Advice, Etc.
