My wife and I were both Police Officers for The Los Angeles Police Department for approximately 10 years each. We left the department to pursue a dream in real estate. After leaving the department I became a licensed General Contractor in CA. That led us to the St. Louis area in 2018. Since then I have become a Certified Home Inspector, Licensed Realtor, and have been a Project Estimator for a REIT and a Property Management and Investment Company. I have inspected hundreds of houses and have written full construction scopes and estimates on them too.
