    Professional Conditioning for St. Louis Kids, Teens, and College Athletes

    From North Carolina to St. Louis, Jacob Tucker has come a long way. Elizabeth, his wife, has too. Her appreciation for first responders started at a young age. Elizabeth comes from a family of first responders, including her brother, uncle, and father. She was also formerly married to St. Louis County officer Blake Snyder, who was killed in the line of duty in 2016.

    When she found love again, Elizabeth married Jacob Tucker, and together, they opened Tucker Athletic Performance, also known as TAP Training, in St. Louis.

    Jacob is no stranger to hard work. He’s dedicated his life to strength and conditioning since the age of 13. Jacob not only loved to play sports, but he also loved to train. In fact, he created the strength and conditioning program for his basketball team when he was in high school. His drive and determination led him to collegiate and professional fulfillment as a basketball player. Before he knew it, Jacob played among talented classmates and icons alike, going on to join The Harlem Globetrotters.

    With his degree in exercise science, Jacob began his professional training career in Raleigh, North Carolina. While there, he worked with many Duke and UNC basketball players. Word spread about Jacob’s incredible training programs, causing athletes from over a dozen countries to travel all the way to the states to train with him. Since then, Jacob’s spoken at many conferences and clinics about athletic performance, in-depth jumping mechanics, and other aspects of safe, results-driven training.
