My name is Brian Millikan, I am a former St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department officer and have been practicing law since 2001. The bulk of my practice is devoted to representing police officers and other first responders in the St. Louis region. I am General Counsel for the St. Louis Police Officers’ Association and have worked for other FOP lodges in the past. Representing first responders is an honor and a privilege.
