The course is designed to provide caregivers with skills which will enable them to both recognize the potential for respiratory and/or cardiac arrest in infants and children, and intervene in an appropriate manner by providing a systemic approach to these patients.
The course is offered to pediatricians, house staff, emergency physicians, family physicians, nurses, paramedics, respiratory therapists, and other health care providers who are responsible for the wellbeing of infants and children.
Our course is taught by outstanding faculty who are not only experienced PACTS/PALS instructors, but most also practice full-time in pediatric emergency, critical care and transport settings. Our course evaluations consistently reflect their expertise and dedication.
