Join us this summer at Phoenix A Plus Coaching and improve your strength, agility, and quickness (SAQ) with our Summer Program. This 8 week, 16 session program designed by the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists at Phoenix A+ Coaching will get you ready for the 2020/2021 season.
The program is open to all players from 6th-12th grade. Our Middle School athletes (6th-8th) will train quality movement patterns, stabilization of major joints, speed, agility and core strength, while our High School athletes 9th-12th) will train power, speed, agility & strength movements as well as injury prevention and conditioning.
