The Hazelwood Benevolent Association is a not-for-profit organization that was founded in 1995. It provides benefits and financial relief to officers of this department that become ill, injured or disabled. The organization also provides financial support to victims of crimes and
families in our community that have encountered any number of unfortunate circumstances.
During the Christmas holidays, the organization chooses needy families in the area to assist with bills, and donate food or gifts that they cannot afford.
On July 19th, 2021 we are hosting the twentieth annual Hazelwood Police Benevolent Association Golf Tournament at the Whitmoor Country Club. The tournament will begin at 1000 AM. It is expected that 200 golfers will participate in the event. All proceeds raised at the
event will be directly donated to the Benevolent Association.
We are currently seeking community support for the event through various means of sponsorship. There is a Gold Corporate Sponsorship for $1,000 which will grant the sponsor a team in the tournament, Corporate name on the Corporate Sponsorship Board, and a Hole
Sponsor. The Silver Corporate Sponsorship is $500 and entitles the sponsor to have their name on the Corporate Sponsorship Board and a hole sponsor. The Beverage Cart Sponsorship is $250 and will have the donors information advertised on the beverage carts which will be making its rounds through the course at all times of play during the tournament. A hole sponsorship for $100 will display your name on a sign at one of the golf holes for all of the participants to recognize your support for our organization. We are asking for donations of products, such as golf equipment, coolers, jackets, shirts, dinner certificates, etc. for the purpose of holding a raffle to raise funds for the Association. Any donation will be greatly appreciated.
